GETting MORE FIT with FOOD!

This bundle-of-energy-gal came to me for GO-EAT! nutrition training, about two months ago, and we had a blast learning together.  When I reviewed her first week’s food journal, I thought “Maybe I should go to her for lessons!  She eats really healthy stuff already!”

She started out eating well, and made tweaks and changes to make it great!  I am so proud of her focus and dedication to being healthy and nutritionally sound!  Keep up the great work, Va!

Here’s what she had to say, “Melissa is a wealth of knowledge. I hesitated going to see her because I exercise and eat pretty well. When I started recording my food and saw that I wasn’t getting enough protein and fiber, I changed the way I eat – with Melissa’s help. She encouraged me to try new things like Hemp Hearts, Nutritional Yeast, Chia seeds, etc. All which I have incorporated into my diet. I feel like I have more energy and feel full longer. After meeting with Melissa for 6 weeks I know that I will make better choices in my eating – which will help me to be a stronger, more energetic person. Thank you Melissa for sharing your knowledge and ideas with me!! You rock!”
