STRETCH YOUR BACK TODAY!

Try this great stretch for your back….keep it slow and controlled. Use a light weight.
First, STRAIGHT back stretch….just do this one only, if your back is unstable. Second, ROUNDED back stretch. Third, slow return one vertebrae at a time. Aaah! Feels great!
Hold each position for 5-10 seconds, & repeat for 8-10 reps.
