Create Your Own FAST Food

 

Make your own 410 cal “fast food” breakfast sandwich…high protein…fast, filling, nutritious, and delicious!

Mix and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes:
2 eggs (140 cal)
2 pieces cooked bacon (90 cal)
Green onions (optional)

Place on:
Toasted 100 cal high fiber bread or wrap (100 cal, 5-10 gm fiber)

Top with:
Mustard
1 slice of cheese (80 cal)
