Try the Tabata today!

Although a Tabata workout only lasts four minutes…it is proven to boost your fitness and endurance.  Add one in to your current workouts today!

Try it:

  • Pick an exercise.  Work it hard for 20 seconds.  PUSH yourself as hard as you can!
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Complete 8 rounds

Try it with any exercise you want, or put a series of two or four exercises together and repeat them.  Remember, INTENSITY is what makes this work!
