Panko Crumbs, or Tempura Flakes, can make a fast and delicious crispy fish, without deep frying.  Try these simple steps with your fish…

  • Preheat your pan and oil to medium-high heat, and prepare your veggie side 🙂
  • Dip fish in whole wheat flour
  • Dip fish in egg
  • Dip fish in Panko or Tempura
  • Pan fry (1-2 T of oil) for 4-5 minutes a side
  • Enjoy
