What are you focusing on right now?  No need to wait for the new year!  We’re putting our word of focus up in the gym this month, and I wanted to challenge you to pick yours…and put it up where you’ll see it daily.  Here’s a few great ideas from Elizabeth Rider:
“…What you do need is an intention, a theme per se, for how you want your year to flow. Picking a Word Of The Year is an excellent way to do this. You may just have one word that really sticks out to you…if that’s the case, just choose one. Or, you might have a grouping of words or set of themes that you want to intend – it’s totally up to you. Here’s a fun and powerful exercise: Choose anywhere from one to five words that really speak to how you want (2017) to look. Nouns, verbs, anything – just words that feel good to you. Don’t get caught up in the grammar. Then write these words on a pretty note card and stick it to your bathroom mirror or anywhere else you’ll see it everyday. Some other ideas are on your car’s sun visor, your office wall, or make them your computer desktop photo…
