Indian Clubs with GO-180

Indian Clubs…ever heard of them?  These simple tools that look like slim bowling pins, are actually from Persia and have been used for centuries for both mobility and agility at light weights (1 to 5 pounds), and strength and balance at heavy weights (up to 50 pounds).

At GO-180, we use them for circular mobility of the shoulders to warm up before we workout….just one pound of weight can become surprisingly tiring with reps.  No clubs available to you?  Try starting with 16 oz water bottles in each hand (ie one pound).
