Blast calories. Use a timer. Think a little…Work a lot.

Pick an exercise….do it with maximum intensity for 20 seconds, and then take a full 10 second rest. Repeat for four minutes. Be surprised 🙂

Or…try four different exercises in a row (20 sec/10sec rest), and then repeat…Like Zoi here, a force to be reckoned with…she ain’t messin’!
