GOING GLUTEN FREE?

Trying to go gluten free?  Don’t be fooled by the packaged “gluten-free” craze.  Look for simple ingredients, and whole foods.  Stick to the basics of water, veggies, fruits, lean protein, and healthy fats…all of which are easy to find naturally gluten free.
