Edamame (Ed-duh-mommy) Eats

Take a minute to read about this veggie/legume powerhouse…it packs protein with ALL 9 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS!!  You will find them in the freezer section (never fresh), and they are best microwaved or steamed, with coarse sea salt added before eating.
